Accounts Manager
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements for clients
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities
- Review and monitor day-to-day accounting operations and transactions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory regulations (e.g., GST/BAS, tax filings, payroll)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities if required
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and client-focused team culture.
- Review team performance, provide coaching, and support professional development
- Allocate workload and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of accountants and accounting executives.
- Manage full sets of accounts including general ledger, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
