Position: Accounts Officer (AR Specialist)
Location: 4A Bedok South Road, Singapore 469279
Salary Range: S$2,800 - $4,200

We’re looking for a Accounts Officer to join our vibrant team at OneO2Plants, a company dedicated to creating greener and healthier spaces in Singapore. 🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Accounts receivable functions;
• Maintain accuracy of inputting accounts details intoaccounting system.
• Handle customer enquiries.
• Maintain proper filing and records.
• Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation.
• Assist in and handling year-end statutory audits;
• Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Management.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central is a bonus.
• Conversant with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, meticulous, with a positive attitude.
• A strong team player with high integrity and a sense of accountability.

⏰ Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
