Accounts Officer
Job Description
- Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Establish, maintain and reconcile AP, AR and Inter-co balances
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Prepare Income Statements and Statement of Financial Position
- Establish and maintain cash disbursement and controls
- Prepare monthly reports and perform variance analysis
- Responsible for GST reporting
- Assist with preparation of budget
- Maintain financial files and records and computerized accounting system
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirement
- LCCI Higher / CAT / ACCA Level 2
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment an advantage
