Accounts Officer

Job Description

  • Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile AP, AR and Inter-co balances
  • Prepare bank reconciliation
  • Prepare Income Statements and Statement of Financial Position
  • Establish and maintain cash disbursement and controls
  • Prepare monthly reports and perform variance analysis
  • Responsible for GST reporting
  • Assist with preparation of budget
  • Maintain financial files and records and computerized accounting system
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirement

  • LCCI Higher / CAT / ACCA Level 2
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in manufacturing environment an advantage
