Ingredion is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Business Services team supporting Accounts Payable operations for Brazil. In this role, you will contribute to the efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of payment processes while partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.

As an Accounts Payable Analyst – Brazil, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, supporting payment execution, resolving supplier and internal inquiries, and driving process improvements within a shared services environment.

This role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

What will you do:

  • Execute end-to-end Accounts Payable activities for Brazil, including invoice processing, payment support, expense review, and vendor account management.
  • Review and verify invoices and financial documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Support payment file preparation, advances processing, and resolution of payment-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, audit support, and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Procurement, or other finance-related functions.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Fluent Portuguese (written and spoken) is required.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
