Accounts Payable Analyst I

What You Will Do:

• Support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing
• Review, validate, and process vendor invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and contribute to the integrity of the general ledger
• Perform basic account reconciliations and support month-end closing activities
• Prepare and deliver periodic financial reports and support documentation as required
• Identify, report, and escalate discrepancies or issues related to invoices and vendor accounts
• Support vendor inquiries and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and applicable regulations
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable function

Position Details:

• Work schedule: Full-time, defined workday
• Work modality: Hybrid / On-site

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry
• Ability to work under supervision in a structured environment
• Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or previous exposure to Accounts Payable or finance operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Basic understanding of invoice processing and vendor management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in developing a career in finance or shared services
