Accounts & Payroll Assistant

Job Title: Accounts & Payroll Assistant / Executive

Monthly Salary: $2,100 to $2,800
Salary will be offered based on experience, qualifications and suitability for the role.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM

  • Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays off

Job Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll and salary calculations accurately

  • Check attendance, overtime, allowances, incentives, unpaid leave and deductions

  • Prepare and issue itemised payslips

  • Submit CPF contributions accurately and on time

  • Assist with employee tax matters, including IR8A and IR21 where applicable

  • Maintain proper payroll records and employee salary documents

  • Prepare payroll reports for management

  • Assist with basic accounting and administrative duties

  • Follow up on payroll discrepancies and ensure timely resolution

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field

  • Relevant payroll or accounts experience is preferred

  • Familiar with Singapore payroll processing, CPF and IRAS requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Able to handle confidential salary information responsibly

  • Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines

  • Experience handling payroll for shift workers, security officers or a manpower-based workforce would be an advantage
