ACMV Project Manager (Chilled Water Unit)

• Lead, manage and coordinate ACMV/Mechanical works for building/industrial construction projects (requires experience in Chilled Water Unit)
• Plan, develop, and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for ACMV/Mechanical-system works.
• Report on progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor in a Managerial capacity
• Diploma/Degree and above in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline
• Comfortable with 5.5-Days Workweek
• Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
