Ad-hoc Administrative Assistant | Central | Up to $13/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Record and update case outcomes accurately and promptly in Excel spreadsheets.
- Update outcomes in the system.
- Handle enquiries and communications from relevant parties in a professional manner.
- Assist with administrative duties, including data collation and preparing data summaries and reports.
- Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
- Adapt to changes in operational processes and requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Employment Details
- Contract Duration: 1 Year
- Working Hours: Every Thursday, 5.30pm to 7.30pm (excluding Public Holidays)
- Salary: $13 per hour
- Work Location: Central (Havelock)
Additional Information
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo clearance.
- Clearance processing time is approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
