Ad Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ad Manager to lead and scale our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating profitable campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving high-quality leads through strategic digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Develop strategies focused on lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct audience, creative, and campaign testing to maximize results.
- Analyze data and identify opportunities to reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing successful and profitable paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization techniques.
- Experience with Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
