Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada (ATCCC) is a Christ\-centered ministry providing long\-term addiction recovery support. We are seeking a Campus Program Manager who will lead our women\u2019s residential program, ensuring a safe, structured, faith\-based environment where students can grow, heal, and succeed.

Position Summary
<\/div>

<\/div>
The Campus Program Manager provides daily leadership to program staff and students, oversees program delivery and accreditation standards, maintains a safe living environment, and supports vocational training and ministry activities. This role includes pastoral engagement, student support, operational oversight, fundraising involvement, and collaboration with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities
<\/div>

<\/div>
\- Lead staff, students, and volunteers within the in\-residence program.
<\/div>
\- Oversee program schedules, classes, chapels, work therapy, events, and graduations.
<\/div>
\- Maintain student records, intake and discharge documentation, academic and vocational progress tracking.
<\/div>
\- Ensure building safety, maintenance, fleet oversight, and compliance with provincial codes.
<\/div>
\- Support family engagement, admissions, and hospitality for incoming students.
<\/div>
\- Uphold accreditation requirements, curriculum standards, and reporting systems.
<\/div>
\- Participate in fundraising activities, campus events, and partnership development.
<\/div>
\- Provide pastoral support consistent with ATCCC\u2019s Christian mission and values.

Required Qualifications

\- Strong organizational and communication skills.
<\/div>
\- Teachable attitude and commitment to collaboration.
<\/div>
\- Able to model Christian character and participate in prayer, discipleship, and ministry activities.
<\/div>
\- Ability to mentor others and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and care.
<\/div>
\- Comfortable working with web\-based systems and reporting.
<\/div>
\- Class 5 driver\u2019s license.
<\/div>
\- Willing to pursue ministry credentials (FCA or pre\-approved equivalent) if not currently held.
