Admin & Accounts Executive

Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions including payroll, CPF, HR, and tax matters while maintaining accurate records and supporting daily administrative operations with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
  • Process payroll and CPF contributions accurately and timely to meet statutory requirements
  • Administer HR and tax-related tasks to support organizational compliance and employee needs
  • Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems to facilitate efficient retrieval and audit readiness
  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties to support smooth operational workflows
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism to protect company and employee privacy

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or LCCI qualification or higher
  • 2-3 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support accounting and administrative tasks
  • Experience using accounting software to manage financial data efficiently
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with business associates

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with commitment and meticulousness
