Admin and Finance assistant

Our client in port / Maritime industries is looking for a talented Admin cum finance assistant to join the team. you will handling daily cash and bank record and others admin duty.


Key Responsibilities

1. Cashier & Finance Duties

· Manage daily cash inflow and outflow, bank deposits, and fund transfers

· Issue receipts, process payments, and maintain proper cash book records

· Reconcile daily cash, bank statements, and petty cash

· Handle staff claims,reimburse, and verify supporting documents

· Assist in payroll preparation and payment coordination

· Safeguard cash, cheques,receipts, company stamps, and financial documents

2. Admin & Office Support

· Provide general office admin support

· Manage office supplies,stationeries procurement, inventory, and distribution

· Handle incoming &outgoing couriers, mails, and documents

· Maintain office cleanliness, meeting rooms, and basic facilities

· Assist in staff attendance,leave recording, and onboarding documentation

· File and organize contracts, permits and operational documents

· Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and support ad-hoc tasks

Requirement:
· At least 1 year experience in cash float handling/admin or similar role

· Meticulous, honest,reliable, able to work independently
