ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
π° Salary: $2,200 - $3,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and attend to customer enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain and update customer, supplier, and company records.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, installations, and logistics arrangements.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with inventory records and purchasing-related tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the sales, warehouse, and management teams.
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in administration, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
