Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and attend to customer enquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer, supplier, and company records.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, installations, and logistics arrangements.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with inventory records and purchasing-related tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales, warehouse, and management teams.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
