Hiring: Admin Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
- Data entry, document filing, and record management
- Assist with scheduling and coordination tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Support daily office operations and general administration
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant experience is an advantage, training can be provided
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday / Saturday (adjust accordingly)
