Admin Assistant

We are a Architecture Firm looking for an organized Admin Executive to assist Office Manager manage day-to-day office operations.


Roles & Responsibilities

· Assist and support the Office Manager with Administrative & HR duties such as ISO Audit, System Managements, Submissions, Renewals, Insurances.

· Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

· Attend to incoming calls, letters, and email inquiries.

· Work independently and collaborate effectively

· Able to meet deadlines

· Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements

· Minimum Diploma

· A fast learner with good working attitude, responsible, punctual, proactive, and service-oriented.

· Good Computer skills esp in Microsoft Office and Google Forms etc.

· Well-organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks.

· At least 2 years of working experience in an Administrative role

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Any baisc IT troubleshooting Skills are a plus.
