Admin Assistant

Part-Time Admin Assistant (Retail / E-commerce)

Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Work Days: Mon - Thurs (Subject to change)

Salary: $10 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and online platforms

• Print Delivery Orders (DOs) and prepare daily order documents

• Arrange courier bookings and coordinate deliveries

• Assist with route planning for daily deliveries

• Receive and process orders accurately

• Prepare gift cards and order notes

• Handle other miscellaneous administrative duties

Requirements

• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Web, printing, simple Excel)

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Prior admin or customer service experience is an advantage (training provided)
