We are boutique law firm seeking a reliable and responsible Part-Time Administrative Assistant.


Responsibilities :
- General administrative and clerical duties
- Filing and maintaining client records
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Data entry and document management
- Assisting lawyers and office staff with administrative matters
- Handling correspondence and office supplies


Requirements:
Good communicatin and interpersonal skills
Profiicient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Organised, meticulous and abled t work independently
Prior administrative experience preferred
Experience in a law firm will be advantage
