Admin Assistant
🏢 Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Answer phone calls and emails, and assist in daily office coordination.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and simple reports when required.
- Maintain proper record-keeping and ensure office supplies are well-stocked.
- Liaise with internal departments and vendors for basic office matters.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the management.
🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
💰 Salary Range:
$1,800 – $2,300 (depending on experience)
🎓 Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen or PR only
- Basic PC knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
- Responsible and able to work independently
