Admin Assistant (Temp / Perm)

*Job Description*

  • Ensure proper up keeping of documents and records
  • Arrange & book appointment for clients
  • Liaise with field technicians
  • Simple copy & paste accounting data matching
  • Any other admin duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Good telephone etiquette and communication skill
  • Well-organised (Both physical & online filing)
  • Good with Microsoft Office and IT Savvy
  • Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
  • Previous working experience in pest control / environmental hygiene will be an advantage

  • S$1,800 - S$2,400.00
  • 5.5 work days (9 am to 6 pm)
