Admin Assistant

  • Handling correspondence (emails, calls, letters).
  • Logistics/Shipping/Freight Forwarding industry.
  • Assist sales team on the coordination work.
  • Maintain proper records & ensure systematic filing of sales.
  • Provide general administrative support or any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:-
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary.
  • 2-3 years of work experience required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Communication (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • Other information:
  • 5.5 days alternate Saturday work week.
  • Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm , Saturday8.30am-1.00pm.
  • Company transport pick up at Lakeside MRT.
  • Medical Benefit.
