Admin cum Accounts Assistant
To answer incoming calls
Assist in general admin duties, e.g. photocopying, filing
Typing of quotations and experience in co-ordination of services
Accounts background to prepare payment vouchers, accounts receivable
Accounts payable and other adhoc duties assigned
Preferably 1 to 2 years experience in administrative role
Accounts software Quickbook is an advantage
Able to start immediately preferred
