Admin Cum Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain all incidents related to shuttle bus operations.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs,maintenance schedules, and workshop arrangements
  • Arrange drivers for vehicle servicing and ensure buses are clean, safe, and roadworthy
  • Update operational systems, vehicle deployment records, and driver arrangements
  • Prepare and submit rider sheets and operational reports in a timely manner
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Liaise with clients, drivers, workshops, and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Meet clients when required and coordinate on-site operational matters
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and service disruptions promptly
  • Review CCTV footage and prepare incident reports when necessary
  • Work closely with the Shuttle Operation Supervisor on daily operational planning
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required
  • Participate in hotline duty rotation once a week to support operational hotline matters.
  • Assist in daily administrative duties and operational coordination when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in transport, logistics, operations support, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with drivers and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
