Admin Cum Operations Support
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain all incidents related to shuttle bus operations.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs,maintenance schedules, and workshop arrangements
- Arrange drivers for vehicle servicing and ensure buses are clean, safe, and roadworthy
- Update operational systems, vehicle deployment records, and driver arrangements
- Prepare and submit rider sheets and operational reports in a timely manner
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Liaise with clients, drivers, workshops, and internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Meet clients when required and coordinate on-site operational matters
- Assist in resolving operational issues and service disruptions promptly
- Review CCTV footage and prepare incident reports when necessary
- Work closely with the Shuttle Operation Supervisor on daily operational planning
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required
- Participate in hotline duty rotation once a week to support operational hotline matters.
- Assist in daily administrative duties and operational coordination when required.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Prior experience in transport, logistics, operations support, or administrative roles will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with drivers and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
