QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed Diploma/Equivalent

Ability to work with attention to detail meeting deadlines where required.

An effective communicator verbally as well as through written skills

Effective problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and typing skills.

EXPERIENCE

Possess at least 2 years working experience

Handling confidential data and documentation

Office administration

Ability to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets

Producing professional, accurate and timely written communication

Managing calls from colleagues, customers and suppliers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling in coming telephone calls, inquiry emails etc...

Initial quotation work using contract review sheet

Issuing of quotations

Chasing up of issued quotations

Scheduling audits throughout the year

issuing job sheets/chasing auditors for booking

Invoicing clients

Credit control

Passive marketing (out-reach/marketing to known consultant contracts)

Assisting the development of administrative procedures/processes

Active marketing (such as on social media)

Updating of websites

Purchasing(office consumables, etc...)
