Admin Executive

Job Description:

  • Ensure documentations are properly filed and classified accordingly
  • Prepare Purchase Order
  • Assist in claims and billing for projects
  • Take initiative in streamlining processes
  • Assist in administrative portion of Project Team
  • Prepare documentations for Project Team
  • Ad hoc task as and when required

Job Requirement:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
