Admin Executive (Community Partnerships Support)

Responsibilities:

- General office and outreach administration
- Day-to-day outreach administrative duties include but are not limited to:
- processing of cancer screening signups, issuance of paperwork, follow-up, and post-screening reviews.
- Processing/ Collection of surveys both online and offline - Maintain, and update databases and admin-related policies for both cancer screenings and events.
- Manage preparations for meetings and reports as required.
- Handling of general/external inquiries via phone or email. - Inventory management of all cancer screenings and events-related logistics. - Prepare/collate billings and payments for submission to Finance. - Any other ad hoc administrative matters or projects as assigned.


Technical Competencies:

• Minimum 1 years work experience in a similar role will be an advantage
• Knowledge of office procedures and admin management
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google Suite and basic IT knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, bilingual
