Admin Executive (Full Time)

Job Summary

Manage and coordinate calendar schedules, company event logistics, and communications with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and professional engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage calendar schedules to organize meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Plan and execute logistical arrangements for company events, including catering, transportation, and equipment setup to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Communicate professionally with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to serve as a reliable point of contact and maintain positive engagement

Required competencies and certifications

  • Achieved at least A Levels or a local Polytechnic Diploma

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
