Admin Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily administrative and project coordination functions within the construction industry. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the project and operations team
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry with accuracy
- Assist in preparation of reports, invoices, and project-related documents
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Manage office supplies, scheduling, and correspondence
- Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, in construction or engineering industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
