Admin Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily administrative and project coordination functions within the construction industry. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the project and operations team
  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry with accuracy
  • Assist in preparation of reports, invoices, and project-related documents
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
  • Manage office supplies, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, in construction or engineering industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
