Location : Central
Basic up to $4000 basic + AWS + VB
Key Responsibilities:
• Day to day administration including office management and travel arrangements
• Maintain proper filing of documents for internal and external documents required by the office
• Perform HR and accounting admin duties which includes bookkeeping and liaising with corporate secretary and accounting company
• Plan and organize celebrations and events, including hosting the visitors from Japan office
• Assist and support Managers on our HR events
• Update of company’s website information, press releases and social media platforms as and when required
• Other administrative and support assignment/duties as and when required
Requirements:
• Min. Professional Diploma and above with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in similar roles
• Highly motivated and proactive
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and resourceful
• Must be independent and able to multi-task
• Great attention to details and team player
• Japanese language skill (Basic conversation level) is required as you need to communicate to Japanese speaking stakeholders
