Admin Executive (Japanese Speaking)

It is a professional services firm that provides tax, accounting, and business consulting services to local and international clients operating in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. Their business encompasses a range of services, including cross-border business structuring, M&A advisory, regional expansion strategies, and transfer pricing matters, among others.

Job Description:

- Responsible for office operations and administrative

- Handling phone calls and visitors support

- Management of mail and courier services

- Ordering and inventory management of office supplies and consumables

- Support for document organization

- Support for invoicing and payment management / expense reimbursement assistance

- Business trip arrangements (for example, airline tickets, hotel reservations, etc.)

- Support for visa and work permit-related procedures

- Support for internal events and meetings arrangement

- Other general admin tasks related to office operations

Job Requirements:

- Experience in clerical or admin roles

- At least 3 years experience is preferred

- Proficient basic operations in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Proficient in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders

- Ability to respond cheerfully and positively

- Ability to prioritize job, pro-active, meticulous and efficient.

- Plus point: working experience at accounting/law firms/Japanese company

Compensation:

- Working location: CBD, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm) / Flexible work arrangement
