Role- Admin Executive

Location- Mumbai

Experience- Minimum 6 months exp

Salary- 4.5 lpa to 6 lpa

Disability- Locomotor Disability, Low vision (50%), Hard of Hearing (50%)

Roles & Responsibilities-

Business objectives

Procurement

∙Co-ordination with vendors on procurement of materials and services

required for development initiatives and aligning group user, helping in

negotiation with vendors. Ensuring timely & accurately raising of POs, Timely

payments to vendors.

∙Capex and Revenue Expenditures

Initiating capex proposal and co-ordination with vendors on procurement of

capex, helping in negotiation with vendors. Ensuring timely & accurately raising

of POs, Timely payments to vendors

∙Coordination with internal stakeholders like administration for daily routine

activites and with imports & taxation for foreign procurment activities.

∙Ensuring vendor account Hygiene – Open advances, Open GR’s, No due

certificate from vendor, Monthly provisions.

Review and monitor overheads budgets against actual spend on monthly

basis and report in case of any observations

Vendor Management

∙Ensure timely clearance of vendor payments as per the defined payment

terms

∙Monitor and ensure no pending payments, open goods receipts, and open

advances of each vendor

∙Coordinate with Vendors for outstanding amount closure and quarterly

balance confirmation within defined timelines

MIS

∙Preparing of MIS on Monthly basis for Chief Manager, Technology w.r.t.

samples analyzed etc.

R&T Events

∙Render support to conduct annual events & team building events by

collaborating with the sales representatives of various hotels and event

personnel.

Essential

Graduation with at least 50% marks without any backlog

Minimum 50% marks throughout education

Graduation must be through a full time course
