Admin Executive (Ref 26472)
Responsibilities
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems
• Support document management, including sorting, filing, and archiving
• Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, scanning, and printing
• Maintain proper record-keeping and document control
• Assist in tracking and updating records/logs as required
• Support the team on ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong team player with a positive working attitude.
• Experience in developing and maintaining internal processes and filing systems will be an advantage.
