Admin Executive

Duties & responsibility:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the riding department

  • Handle walk-in/ email enquiry regarding riding lessons and prerequisites

  • Maintain and update lesson records and schedules

  • Assist in billing and payment

  • Assist in co-ordination of events and competitions

  • Filing and record-keeping of rider database

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Minimum GCE “O” Level

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, bilingual preferred

  • Resourceful, self-starter and a good team player

  • Customer service oriented
