Admin & HR Assistant (Payroll, Work Permits, Recruitment)

Working Hours: MonβFri, 8am - 5pm (Any 4 hours within office working hours)
π° Salary: $14 -19/hr
Requirements:
β Diploma/ Nitec in Business Admin, HR orrelated field
β 1+ year HR/Admin experience
β Basic knowledge of HR Practices
β Familiarity with HR (Infotech) / Accounting software (Xero)will be at advantage
KeyResponsibilities:
π₯ HR:
- Assist in Recruitment & Onboarding/ Offboarding
- Manage Work Permit Applications, Renewals, Cancellations
- Maintain Foreign Worker Records & Payroll support
- Prepare HR letters (employment, confirmation, resignation)
- Assist to arrange for Staff training
- Conducting Exit interviews
- β‘ Ad-hoc duties as assigned
π Admin:
- Assist in raising quotation (covering)
- Raise PO in Xero
- PettyCash
- Maintain Filing & Documentation (invoices, receipts)
