Admin & HR Assistant (Payroll, Work Permits, Recruitment)

πŸ“… Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am - 5pm (Any 4 hours within office working hours)
πŸ’° Salary: $14 -19/hr

Requirements:

βœ” Diploma/ Nitec in Business Admin, HR orrelated field
βœ” 1+ year HR/Admin experience
βœ” Basic knowledge of HR Practices
βœ” Familiarity with HR (Infotech) / Accounting software (Xero)will be at advantage

KeyResponsibilities:

πŸ‘₯ HR:

  • Assist in Recruitment & Onboarding/ Offboarding
  • Manage Work Permit Applications, Renewals, Cancellations
  • Maintain Foreign Worker Records & Payroll support
  • Prepare HR letters (employment, confirmation, resignation)
  • Assist to arrange for Staff training
  • Conducting Exit interviews
  • ⚑ Ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Assist in raising quotation (covering)
  • Raise PO in Xero
  • PettyCash
  • Maintain Filing & Documentation (invoices, receipts)
