Admin/HR Executive

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • To assist Deputy Administration Manager in the execution of duties
  • To monitor daily staff attendance and report to management
  • To handle leave and claim applications and obtain necessary approvals
  • To conduct advertising, interviews and recruitment in accordance with the human resource needs of the company
  • To calculate the payroll, bonuses, overtime hours, and other HR related expense, and coordinate with Accounts to make on-time payments to staff.
  • To handle all HR documentation and maintain records
  • To ensure that an external and internal training log is kept and all requisite training is carried out according to the company's requirements.
  • To handle all welfare (adequate working conditions, food, transport) matters that arise in the company
  • To assist in keeping discipline amongst staff in their daily attendance / punctuality etc.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; order replacement supplies as needed.
  • To assist Administration department in updating, creating, and maintaining records and databases.
  • Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO with their manpower requirements and assist in redeploying manpower as per required

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • 5.25-day work week (alt Sat off)
