ADMIN HR EXECUTIVE

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Handle monthly invoices and expenses, ensuring payments are processed on time.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of administrative records.
  • Arrange business travel for employees, including flight bookings, visa applications, hotel reservations, and other travel requirements.
  • Organise and consolidate weekly sales report from all marketers and prepare for management review.
  • Consolidate sales data from all marketers and prepare budget reports for analysis on quarterly basis.
  • Process employees’ expense claims and reimbursement requests.
  • Coordinate insurance matters with corporate insurance agent for various insurance coverage and medical claims.
  • Manage office and pantry supplies.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and presentable for employees and visitors.
  • All ad-hoc general HR and administrative matters.

HR Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employees' records, leave and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new employees including employment forms.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes and exit procedures.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellation, preparation of tax clearance forms.
  • Prepare online forms declaration for MOM for various employment related submissions.
