JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description & Requirements
· Prepare all HR-related documents including employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences

· Responsible for all applications and renewals of work passes of all foreign workers

· Maintain accurate updates of employee records, all HR related information and work pass issues

· Prepare Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Promotion letters, Termination letters

· Updating annual and medical leave records, ensure leave accuracy and proper documentation

· Maintain proper and comprehensive filing system and data maintenance for all staffs

· Involves in monthly payroll processing and computations.


JOB REQUIREMENT

· Candidate with prior experience of handling HR matters in F&B industry will be advantageous

· Computer literate

. Have CEI certificate will be advantange.

Billingual, to be able interact with directors and coworkers.
