Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management

  • Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency

  • Manage company records, contracts, and documentation with compliance and confidentiality

  • Provide administrative support to HR, Finance, and other departments

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the admin team to drive performance and professional growth

  • Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • 8–10 years of proven experience in administration or office management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and office operations

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
