Admin Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor management
Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency
Manage company records, contracts, and documentation with compliance and confidentiality
Provide administrative support to HR, Finance, and other departments
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the admin team to drive performance and professional growth
Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
8–10 years of proven experience in administration or office management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and office operations
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
