A fast-growing real estate company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative and marketing tasks!
If you're organized, creative, and passionate about real estate, marketing, and providing top-notch support, we’d love to meet you!
  • Website development and servicing
  • Organic Seo creation, update listing pictures, videos, floor plans
  • Landing pages
  • Maintain speed and efficiency of website
  • Update our Google profile with local content to increase traffic
  • Service our listing clients
  • Bi weekly reports to owners/clients of listing activity, video view, social media views, website visits
  • Comparative sales reports (what has sold, what competition is still for sale.
  • Monthly Newsletter, development and content
  • Marketing by using our current content and looking for new ideas a nd implementing them.

Schedule: Part time! (PST)


Requirements

  • Marketing knowledge
  • Experience in online marketing, Real Estate advertising or website development will be helpful
  • English Proficiency C1+
