Admin Officer / HR - Exp. in Timesheets (Airline Road)

Job Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and create manpower supply timesheets from various section for approval.

• Create new hire’s shift pattern into time attendance system.

• Process time attendance and checking of overtime calculation.

• To verify with staffs and resolve odd clocking issues.

• Manage and submit the approved timesheet on time for payroll processing.

• Assist in the hardcopy compilation of company/ Labour Supply Annual Leave form, MC,

· petty cash, medical claim for Manager’ approval and submit to Human Resource.

• Submit internal and external monthly headcount and manhour reports.

• Assist Ops Manager on any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: O/N level

• Excel, Words, Time software knowledge.

• Min. 3 years experience in HR for time sheet input.

• Able to understand roster in operation need.

• Able to communicate with Labor Supplier and operation staff.
