Role Overview <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> The <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Administrative Officer<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of workplace operations, supporting facilities management, travel coordination, procurement, vendor management and events. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Working closely with teams across the organisation, this role helps manage administrative processes and maintain a safe, efficient and well\-organised workplace that enables teams to focus on delivering impact.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Results<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Safe, efficient and well\-managed workplace and facilities operations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Seamless travel coordination and logistics support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong vendor management and reliable service delivery<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Accurate expense tracking and well\-maintained administrative systems<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Positive employee experience through proactive workplace support<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Manage end\-to\-end travel coordination for team members and leadership, including bookings, itineraries, accommodation and related logistics.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Oversee day\-to\-day office operations and facilities management, ensuring a safe, well\-maintained and efficient workplace environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment and organisational assets while maintaining inventory and asset records in partnership with the IT team where required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Build and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and timely coordination.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support administrative financial processes including invoice tracking, vendor payments, petty cash management and coordination with the Finance team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain administrative documentation including operational trackers, vendor records, asset registers and compliance\-related documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, town halls, workshops and events, and partner with HR/P&C on onboarding, exit logistics and workplace communication.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support the Admin team by guiding junior team members and contributing to hiring and team development where needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Required Skills & Background<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Education<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> 2\u20134 years of experience in administration, facilities, logistics or operations roles<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience managing vendors, travel logistics or office operations is preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Skills<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Strong organisational and coordination skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines independently.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Languages<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
