Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records, data entry, and filing systems
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and support basic data tracking
  • Manage correspondence and ensure proper document control
  • Assist with procurement coordination and inventory monitoring
  • Support meeting arrangements, including scheduling and minutes-taking
  • Handle additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Prior experience in administrative or coordination work will be advantageous
  • Individuals with internship exposure are welcome to apply; guidance and training will be provided
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
