Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking a highly organized, responsible, and proactive Admin & Kitchen Manager to oversee administrative operations and manage the daily activities of the company\u2019s kitchen and catering services at our project site.<\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

\u2022 Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office coordination at the site.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Manage kitchen operations, including meal planning, food preparation schedules, and kitchen hygiene standards.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Supervise kitchen staff, cooks, and support personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Monitor food supplies, kitchen inventory, and procurement of food items and consumables.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Maintain accurate records of kitchen expenses, inventory usage, and administrative documentation.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Coordinate accommodation, welfare, and catering arrangements for staff when required.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards within the kitchen environment.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Handle administrative correspondence, reports, requisitions, and other office\-related tasks.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Manage vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of food and administrative supplies.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Support management with report preparation, staff coordination, and other assigned administrative duties.<\/span>

\u2022 Minimum of 3 years\u2019 relevant experience in Administration, Hospitality, Kitchen Management, or related roles.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, Home Economics, or a related discipline.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Experience managing kitchen operations, inventory, and staff supervision.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Good record\-keeping, reporting, and multitasking abilities.<\/span>
<\/div>\u2022 Professional, detail\-oriented, and capable of working in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
