  • Coordinate\n domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight, hotel,\n train, and cab bookings.

  • Obtain\n and compare travel quotations from vendors to ensure cost\-effective travel\n solutions.

  • Manage\n travel itineraries and provide timely travel\-related information to\n employees and management.
    <\/li>
  • Handle\n travel requests, cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency travel\n requirements.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain\n travel records, invoices, and expense reports for audit and reconciliation\n purposes.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate\n with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and transport vendors for seamless\n travel operations.

  • Ensure\n compliance with company travel policies and approved budgets.

        • Good\n knowledge of travel management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word,\n Outlook).
          <\/li>
        • Strong\n communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
