Position Title: Admin

Location: Raffles Place, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: SGD 2,000 – 2,500 (Basic)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support our operations in the jewellery industry. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and maintain project and administrative documents.

Process quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation.

Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to coordinate orders and requirements.

Monitor and update inventory, stock records, and material movement documentation.

Assist in scheduling deliveries and project-related arrangements.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.

Provide general office administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

🎯 Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in administration or operations support preferred.

Knowledge of jewellery products or industry is an advantage.
