We are seeking to appoint a passionate Administration Assistant for 4 hours and 15 minutes per day, including the cover of lunch duty. You will be working alongside the School Business Manager and the Headteachers.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • an excellent understanding of office administration
  • a familiarity with a range of databases (excel, Abor)
  • the ability to meet the job specification requirements of the role
  • a passion for working in a busy school office
  • the warmth, enthusiasm and energy to share in the vision of our school
  • excellent communication skills to support our staff, pupils and parents.
  • the ability to promote our school values daily.
