Administration & Operations Executive

  • Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people<\/b>

  • Greet and provide general support to visitors<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Purchase materials and plan inventory<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Acting as an info\-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, housekeeping, etc.<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Handling office operations confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Manage administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, employee induction etc.<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection and office fit out & renovation<\/b>

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses<\/b>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • In\-depth understanding of office management and daily operations<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Hands on experience with MS Office<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrated strong organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize and manage a range of tasks pro\-actively.<\/b>
