<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Take notes and/or transcribes\nfrom voice recordings to create draft minutes of all Board meetings;\ndistributes to appropriate personnel.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Establish, maintain and, when\nnecessary, revise the filing system.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Screen telephone calls and\nvisitors, ascertaining who can be re\-directed.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Manage an average of 700 calls\nper month.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Perform a broad range of\nadministrative details, requiring initiative and judgment to make independent\ndecisions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Maintain calendar for the\nProperty Manager, regularly arranging meetings, conferences, and appointments.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Create and close work order\nrequests.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Follow up on all assignments\nand work orders delegated to vendors and maintenance staff as to status,\nexpected completion date, etc.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Ability to effectively present\ninformation and respond to questions from Board members, residents, vendors,\nand Property Manager.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety\nof situations where only limited standardization exists.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Serves as a liaison between vendors, residents, and Board\nMembers. Excellent time management.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Resolve and follow\-up on all\ncomplaints / issues. New management. Lease or lease extensions application and\ninput of new resident information.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Understand and abstract /\nresearch association documents.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>·<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Any other duties/tasks as\ndirected by Property Manager<\/span><\/span><\/p>
