Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organisedAdministrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and replenish office supplies and stationery.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including coordination of office maintenance.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Assistthe Operations team with order fulfilment and coordination.
  • Arrange and manage mail, courier, and delivery services.
  • Maintain and update inventory records while liaising with suppliers.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent
  • At least1 year of relevant administrative experience; retail experience will be anadvantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently with good organisational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
