Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and organisedAdministrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and replenish office supplies and stationery.
- Handle general administrative duties, including coordination of office maintenance.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Assistthe Operations team with order fulfilment and coordination.
- Arrange and manage mail, courier, and delivery services.
- Maintain and update inventory records while liaising with suppliers.
- Handle incoming phone calls and support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent
- At least1 year of relevant administrative experience; retail experience will be anadvantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work independently with good organisational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
