Administrative Assistant
Hokanson Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, modify and manipulate Microsoft Office documents, primarily Word and Excel
• Manipulate Adobe Acrobat PDFs
• Assist a collection of property managers and/or executives by establishing proactive partnerships and developing strategies to ensure assignments stay on track and are delivered timely
• Answer phones, coordinate meetings & appointments, and manage calendars
• Assist with office inventory and vendor management
• Maintain organized digital filing system using Microsoft SharePoint
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required
• 3+ years of administrative/clerical experience preferred
• Superior organizational, time management, and data accuracy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Yardi experience is a plus
