Position Description:

The College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Administrative Assistant III to support Enrollment Management operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating academic scheduling, supporting data analysis and reporting, and assisting with major academic processes such as commencement, scholarships, and course evaluations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, coordination, and academic operations in a fast-paced university environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the academic course scheduling process, working closely with academic departments, the Registrar’s Office, and other campus partners

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making; prepare reports that summarize key findings

  • Assist with catalog and curriculum updates in collaboration with academic units and central offices

  • Support planning and coordination for commencement, academic awards, and scholarship activities

  • Monitor and manage shared service accounts and communications

  • Provide backup support to Undergraduate Education and assist with special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a higher education or professional office setting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Forms, Access) and Adobe Acrobat

  • Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft Campus Solutions)

  • Experience with course scheduling, catalog systems (e.g., Courseleaf), or data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, SAS)

  • Experience with survey tools such as Blue or Microsoft Forms

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively

Target Compensation Maximum:

$28.55

Target Compensation Minimum:

$19.03

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
